Kelly A. Pieper
MSW, LICSW, IMH-E®
Therapist. Supervisor. Consultant. Trainer.
I have been a therapist specializing in work with children and their families for over 10 years.
THERAPIST
With over 10 years of practice experience and advanced competency in Early Childhood Mental Health, trauma-informed care, and adoption/permanency concerns, I believe ALL kids are amazing and ALL families deserve support. I seek to listen and understand as I don't believe your child or family is a problem to be solved.
SUPERVISOR
I am board approved reflective supervisor. I seek to support both seasoned and brand new clinicians through development of thoughtful and reflective practice.
CONSULTANT
I have been providing consultation to early childcare centers, teachers, day care providers, and other social service professionals throughout Minnesota. In doing so, I work to create reflective and safe spaces for professionals across fields to learn and grow in their understanding of children's mental health.
TRAINER
Having developed and presented over a dozen different trainings across topics in children's mental health, therapeutic practice, ethics, and supervision I have a passion for encouraging learning at all ages. As a trainer, I know it is NOT enough to hear information, you have to ENGAGE with content to truly understand. For a list of previous trainings and recipient organizations click HERE.
